If you experiencing issues in the cold weather with your heating and hot water, here are some simple, safe checks you can make on your boiler to troubleshoot minor issues caused by freezing pipes. If your boiler is still not working, you should get in touch with a Gas Safe registered engineer, you can find one at Gas Safe Register or by calling on 0800 408 5500, to get your boiler checked by a qualified engineer.
