Service alterations are required if you need to relocate your gas meter, if you need to increase your gas supply or you’re moving pipework to accommodate renovations or alterations to your home. If you’ve never arranged this before then we have a helpful and knowledgeable team who are passionate about guiding you through each stage of your journey, our aim is to provide you with services that meet your every need.

Here are the steps that will take you through the alterations process. Don't worry, we’ll stay in touch along the way to make sure it's going smoothly and you’re happy with everything.
Either fill in our online application form, or give us a call and we'll work through your application with you.
You may need to discuss your alteration plans with your existing supplier who will advise if you need to change your meter. You will also need to let us know if you are digging your own excavations.
You will have up to 90 days to send in your signed acceptance and pay for the works. When we receive your acceptance, we will contact you to agree the start date.
We'll arrange to meet you on-site to discuss your requirements and the options that might be available.
On average, it takes 6-8 weeks from payment to carry out your works.
We will give you a call the week before works are due to start to make sure everything is ready.
Once we're finished, we'll re-turf, re-seed any grassed areas and replant any flower beds if we've disturbed them. You will need to undertake any internal decorative works.
